We went from a big hole in the ground to a foundation pretty quick. They started setting up the concrete forms on Monday, it's Wednesday night and they are already taken down. Now we wait for the cement to harden, and then they will pack the dirt back in around it.

It's funny because most people say that the foundation looks smaller than they think it will look. In your case it is bigger. The house number sign is a good idea. The big numbers will make the house easy to find. It is really beginning to look like a reality for you. Yahoo!
